Should mean that Carl Marx has been right all that time,what a prophet! Rick ,obviously the solution again is hidden in the problem same... When an ocean of persons take conciousness how many things are actually crimes than some problemsolving theory will be adopted of the mass with final result obtained----a temporary positive effect.

HA, time*treat, I was just going to mention the same thing in reply to Janet. It doesn't mean they'll act lawfully or honorably. In fact we can expect the opposite. I wouldn't be surprised if I happen to be in a wedding party that gets droned.

Janet, thanks for your comment. Once we understand who we are it puts us in the driver's seat in all legal matters. They have to trick you into playing their game, which doesn't say much for the games they play.

When you die the trust is collapsed. The death certificate is the official notice that the trust no longer exists. Funds that you haven't claimed during your life stay in the pool for the other beneficiaries. It's a pool that is drawn from like an insurance company's pool they use to pay out benefits.

You're welcome, MADDOG. I have been using their laws against them for a couple of years now. I have copyright claim on my all-caps name, power of attorney, and I am the Secured Party for all assets owned by my all-caps name. When the IRS sends me a letter, I notify them of their copyright violation and my role as Secured Party to the debtor they are inquiring about and have yet to receive a reply or challenge to my claims...which means my claims are legal and true. When the govt decided to confiscate the people's gold back in 1933, they knew that they had to give something back in return (per basic contract law). They came up with Social Security as a solution. Loosely, the contract was 'you give us your gold and in return we will provide a fund that you and your progeny can draw from in time of need.'

From that point forward, every newborn child was given a birth certificate with his full name in all capital letters. That all-caps version of your name is a TRUST that was created for you by your parents and the govt. Later, it was assigned a number (SSN). Loosely, the unwritten contract was 'you give us control and taxation rights over your child and in return we will provide benefits for him.' The parents were grantors of the Trust. The child became the administrator and beneficiary of the Trust. The govt became the trustee and executor of the Trust. Every public servant in the united States has been sworn to serve and protect the Trust (you!).

Your Social Security taxes go to the Social Security Trust Fund. (See that recurring word 'Trust' again?) The Social Security Trust Fund is the pool of money allocated for the beneficiaries of the Trust (anyone with a US birth certificate and Social Security Number).

I verified this Birth Certificate/Trust arrangement in a certified letter to the Illinois Attorney General, Lisa Madigan. By her refusal to deny the arrangement, she has enabled me to record a court affidavit stating it as fact by default and it will stand up in any court of law as fact.

Legally, by creating your Trust, naming you as beneficiary of the Trust, and accepting your payments into the Trust Fund, the govt is responsible for all of your basic needs to keep you (the Tust) alive and protected. This would include your safety, food, clothing, shelter, medical care and burial. Your Trust can also be used to pay for charges made against it such as statutory fines and penalties - and you won't even have to step foot in a courtroom if you know what you're doing!

Keep in mind that Trust Law is the same in the US, Great Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The names of the Funds differ but the principles are the same.
