Its lottery related i.e., monumental windfall or scandal,   huge payout on an odd number, or some indictment. If I can get more on it Iwill let you know. Quads in South Carolina and earlier for another state. Im going to guess a quad of 4444 will show for a lucky someone. Feeling its a day draw....if not in the southeast, it will be in OR west of Ohio. Just an inkling on that-but I reccommend getting it in play for ALL states. Sweet payday !
