			<description><![CDATA[<p>Illinois does not post the payout amounts, wondering why?<br /><br />What other states do not post payout amounts?<br /><br />Yet, Illinois lottery is on facebook, letting you know when they get taken to the bank on a number , but, not the amount.<br /><br />Interesting.
