Weshar - Lincoln City sounds like a solid choice and a wonderful time. If you go there, and spend less... do you think that mayhap you might be able to afford 2 vacations rather than only 1?

I am sure my mind is going to change more than once in the next year about were to go on vacation at. But I boiled it down to two places Las vegas or lincoln city. Lincoln city is one of my choices because my mother and I belong to Chinook winds casino in lincoln city and I wanted to go to enterprise here in mcminnville and reserve a nice car like a cadillac for a couple of days and then stay at their hotel at the casino. We could go to the aquarium in newport and then head up to tillamook to the cheese factory. They have the best ice cream their and then their is a smoke house for meats that I like in tillamook too. Summer sausages and cured bacon to take home and cook. I like the drive to astoria too they have a boating museum there too plus all the little restuarants along the way that do good food for travelers. I think that my money will go farther if we stay local here in oregon but I still will give Vegas a shot when I comes time to plan our vacation next summer.
