The Democrats allocated (borrowed from China) millions this year to send a team of eager Democrat men to Zimbabwe to study how men there wash their genitals, up close and personal. We have to cut spending cuz even if you take all the rich people's money in taxes, it's still not enough to pay for things like that constantly.
