Very ingenious! They seem very happy with their arrangement. Not everyone can save $25k in a year though. That's more than half my current take home pay.

An apartment that size in Manhattan would probably go for $5,000 a month.

Looks like a storage shed from the outside (in fact, I have a storage shed the same size but nicer looking on the outside) but it's home sweet home for a family of four and a big ol' Great Pyrenees dog.

Very cool looking inside though, check it out.
