because very simply MJ has no known toxicity levels/letha dosages. For something that apparently makes folks happy as has through the ages,one has to admit this isn't that far fetched an idea for a substance that can't kill you. ...all and all I just believe adults 21 years and older should be able to posess it in their own home or grow for themselves. Things look good for Colorado to pass its referendum.As long as there are no 'shifty' shops near schools or anything like that,I think it will be a positive thing.I doubt the govt will overstep its bounds too much at first. The' occupiers ' hardly define the average pot smoker.Most of the folks there are bums anyhow looking for a free meal or smokes. lol

I generally support the legalization of drugs but I find dopers and potheads to be repulsive people. The more I see of them and their skanky lifestyles and Occupy riots the more I'm inclined to vote against legalization. Just to piss 'em off, lol. They'll all be voting for Obama anyway so yeah, screw 'em, I'm against legalization from now on.
