			<description><![CDATA[<p>____________________________________&#x3c;br /&#x3e;The federal government is a servant of the states.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;&#x3c;br /&#x3e;The federal government has limited power given to it and the federal government over steps its power many times.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Seems to me the states should have a convention periodicly to enlighten the federal government on what they can and can not do. And we can name a lot they should not be doing.
