Things has existed the same for me no matter who was in the White House. But in spite of it all, I have learned how to adapt. I am still able to live and survive on whatever I may have. I learned decades ago, complaining don't pay the bills, buy food, or provide one with a place to live. And if you can still do these three things, you are still better off than most.
