Don're argue with him Lil speedy, he's one of those idiot tea partiers who named themselves tea baggers and didn't know what it meant. So how can they know what the second amendment is about? They are a bunch of haters with hearts of stone. They believe anything their extremist leaders tell them rather than doing research.

No dummy! It is a course for graduate students...you wouldn't know anything about that. It is a course designed to make educators cognizant of the laws as it relates to their profession.

Well, I took and passed a course in school law, and I know for a fact that duct taping a child will cause you to worry about more than just being sued. You have to first deal with an irate parent...this can go good or it can go bad. There is always the possibility of being fired or losing your teaching license. I advise anyone in education to take this course.
