They then shipped 90% of it offshore to Japan etc. If anybody believes that Big Oils new pipeline from anywhere going through the U.S will make any difference they are just as stupid as they were way back THEN! Shut down the speculators who are really driving up the oil prices and you will see a difference! Big Oil purposely slows down refining of crude and/or shuts down refining capacity to purposely drive up gas prices!<br
