Is it better to save the money that you spend on buying PB tickets every week and then on one hot summer day drop it all at once and see what happens? The flood approach guarantees a win especially if you try to corner the powerball number (pick 1 of 35) with powerplay. So for $105 you can play 35 lines each with Power Play meaning that you are guaranteed $12 because you will hit the powerball digit to win $4 which when power played becomes $12. This strategy is not mine. It is borrowed from Larry Dawson who read about it on a lottery book strategy. He used it to successfully hit the Hot Lotto jackpot back in 2011. Alternatively you can take the $105 and play PowerBall with Power Play for 35 drawings using random numbers each week or the same set of numbers. This apporoach is good because you have a foot inside each drawing. You got to be in it to win it, right? The down side is that it is very possible to come out with nothing.

If I could have the stamina to stay away from powerball for 35 drawings I would save that money and try the flood apporach. I think its better than the drip approach. But that means I have to wait for 4 months which would feel like 100 years. I should find a way to calm myself down so that I can seat out the 4 months. But how?
