<br />Have been told that the greatest consumption of crude is plastics manufacture instead of fuels so seems we can simply look around us and see one of the driving forces of crude prices.<br /> <br />Also heard that our refineries are shut down right now in order to begin manufacture of some 50 or so government mandated summer blends. "Re-tooling" is always a costly propositon felt most acutely in our pockets.
