			<description><![CDATA[<p>You can consider the increased cost of the gasoline to be a global warming tax on gasoline.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Obama is going to eat you up with increased cost.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Maybe he will have the EPA charge a fee to fuel oil consumers for heating oil. If it fails you will pay to fix the problem. They are pr***s in California on this.</p>]]></description>
