Individual secrecy has gone out the window in this country. You may not be doing anything illegal but your individual thoughts and political leanings are out there to be mined when you use the web. Just like I done a search for a product on the web I was tagged for ads in that product line. I do a lot of searches related to political and my searches are logged by the search feature used. Mainly google.

And with the technology available who is to say this method can not be used by private organizations for political purposes. Organizing For Action data mines their followers political leanings. They are great for wanting your e-mail when you contact them.
