HOW, exactly, does a jury AGREE (100%) on the verdict, yet ALSO "agree" that they, themselves, had "questionable judgment"? IF you're asserting that one (or more) of the jurors didn't understand (in their own minds) how one can admit to shooting another individual, and it NOT be called MURDER, then the "questionable judgment" was on the part of the LAWYERS for allowing that MORON on the jury in the first place! Colin Powell is the only republican of late that is not afraid to speak his mind. There are others, but they are just not as news worthy.
