Has been going on for centuries. To single out one political party as the writer of the article has done here is using religion as a political tool against republicans.

I never hear them discussing passing laws to address these particular sins which also occur all day every day. None of these sins are any less serious in God's eyes, but, He doesn't try and force us not to commit them. Rather, he's put rewards and punishments in place for whatever one decides to do. This is why the repubs/tea partiers lost the election. They tried to portray dems as immoral and anti-religion and it backfired. They are trying the same tactic again. Do they ever learn from their mistakes? SAD.

Republicans Use Religion as a Political Tool

John W. McCarthy wrote a very interesting article about tactics used by so-called religious repubs/tea-partiers. They are wolfs in sheep clothing. They are selective sinners. They rationalize about what is a sin and what's not because they are ignorant of the the bible and its teachings. Many are not members of a church and can't tell you the last time time they went... Because they got church in their heart. Yeah Right! Yet they still think they are the apple of GOD S EYES. SAD.
