I didn't read the article, but this week it was reported by the new auditor found, that 50 percent of the city employees, with full time jobs, pensions and benefits, are also collecting unemployment and food stamps.

They oughta just bulldoze the whole dam thing and be done with it. As long as Democrats are still in charge, it's just gonna be the same mess over again with MORE bailouts required. They oughta put pictures of Detroit in all the voting booths so people can see what happens when you put Democrats in charge of anything. They just bleed it dry and wait for the feds (us) to re-instate their free stuff. <br

Aint that sumptin? Anything that proceeds under construction will be stripped for salvage as it goes along and after finished. Will cost them 50 million for security.
