interesting given that Owatonna is city only of about 25,000 people.

nothing really happens here in the way of crime or violence that requires a SWAT response of even just 1 SWAT vehicle.

maybe there is something coming that we should be on the look out for.

have you noticed any peculiar things happening that don't-seem-right.

could be more to this shutdown / debt ceiling than you are being led to beLIEve.
