			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;I am not in favor of a single payer system of health care system but maybe.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;So what is a nation to do to fix the mess. Does not look like the ACA is going to fix it. &#x3c;br /&#x3e;Insurance regulators could not fix it, politicans can not fix it, insurance companies will not fix it. Pretty much all of them have questionable intent.</p>]]></description>
