I can tell you now "hell no the Affordable Healthcare Law doesn't violate the 13th Amendment. Don't even go there, there are a lot of Republicans pulling that card now ,just be considerate of the comparison to such a horrible time in America History. The 8th Amendment is in reverse in this country now as it stand ,because it is cruel and punishing the citizen for being poor and not able afford healthcare. Think positive ,all this negativity can be exhausting.;)

Doesn't Obamacare violate the 13th amendment to the constitution in that the 13th amendment bans involuntary servitude? Doesn't Obamacarre violate the 8th amendment in that the 8th amendment forbids the imposition of excessive fines? Does anybody have a link that explains how Obamacare doesn't violate the constitution and our civil rights
