			<description><![CDATA[<p>There is food that might or not help those who have high blood pressure, but people should also try to not eat any sugar in any of its forms including fructose nor any artificial sweeteners of any kind at all, do stay away from high-fructose corn syrup and try to not eat too much fruit if you have high blood pressure.<br /><br />People should also try to not cook food in oil, but if any oil is eaten then try to use olive oil, grapeseed oil, coconut oil, fish oil and or flaxseed oil, but the pure natural kind.<br /><br />High blood pressure might be somewhat related to obesity, diabetes and cancer, so what helps for one of them might also help for the others and what makes worse for one might also worsen the others.<br /><br />I am not a M.D. so take what I write at your own risk.<br /><br />Potassium and magnesium might help, maybe even calcium so try to eat foods that have enough of them.<br /><br />These foods might also help:<br /><br />In no particular order<br /><br />Broccoli<br /><br />Garlic<br /><br />Spinach<br /><br />Brussel sprouts<br /><br />Yogurt non fat plain<br /><br />Avocados<br /><br />Beets<br /><br />Carrots<br /><br />Sweet potatoes<br /><br />Peas<br /><br />Oarmeal<br /><br />Asparagus<br /><br />Red cabbage<br /><br />Black beans kidney beans<br /><br />Sunflower seeds<br /><br />Cocoa powder baking pure<br /><br />Cayenne pepper<br /><br />Fish oil<br /><br />Flax seed oil<br /><br />Asparagus<br /><br />Hawthorn tea<br /><br />---------------------<br /><br />Spirulina, might also help.<br /><br />----------------------<br /><br />These Vitamins might help:<br /><br />In no particular order<br /><br />D3 vitamin<br /><br />C vitamin<br /><br />E vitamin<br /><br />----------------------<br /><br />These spices might help as they are high in antioxidant activity:<br /><br />In no particular order<br /><br />Turmeric<br /><br />Cinnamon<br /><br />Cloves, ground<br /><br />Rosehip<br /><br />Rosemary, dried<br /><br />Thyme, dried<br /><br />Sage, ground<br /><br />Parsley, dried<br /><br />Nutmeg, ground<br /><br />Basil, dried<br /><br />Cumin seed<br /><br />Ginger, ground<br /><br />Pepper, black<br /><br />Mustard seed, yellow<br /><br />-----------------------<br /><br />It might help to also take:<br /><br />In no particular order<br /><br />Brewer&#x27;s yeast<br /><br />Lecithin<br /><br />Apple cider vinegar<br /><br />-------------------------------<br /><br />Instead of eating regular salt you might want to eat:<br /><br />Sea salt or rock salt (a form of sea salt), but if you eat rock salt make sure that it is the edible kind.<br /><br />Kelp (for Iodine)<br /><br />Or a combination of sea salt, rock salt and kelp, that would or might be best.<br /><br />-----------------<br /><br />Onions and ginger in any form might also help.<br /><br />----------------<br /><br />Kale might be good to eat.<br /><br />------------------<br /><br />Green tea might also be good to drink.<br /><br />----------------<br /><br />Eat several maybe 4 or 5 small meals a day.<br /><br />1 or 2 days a week or every 2 weeks eat (drink) mostly liquids and no or little solid food.<br /><br />Chew food a lot<br /><br />Eat plenty of vegetables, but not so many fruits<br /><br />For meat, eat mostly sea food.<br /><br />Don&#x27;t eat simple carbohydrates instead eat complex carbohydrates.<br /><br />Also have fiber, protein, fat in the form of good oils.<br /><br />Always eat breakfast and I mean Always and I don&#x27;t mean just tea, juice or coffee, but have a meal.<br /><br />Don&#x27;t eat just before going to bed.<br /><br />---------------------<br /><br />All of the above maybe would help with or to avoid having high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity and cancer.<br /><br />... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/86192">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
