<br />Well, as you age your premiums go up so you could have a plan from 45 to 59 years old and once you turn 60 WHAM all of a sudden you are greedy and have a Cadillac plan even though it is the same plan you have had for 15 years!<br /><br />Once again, was this designed by bungling ninnies or wicked and malicious power hungry sadists

These are truisms and NOT stereotypes.

The Democrats are out to fine and punish even the very most meager and modest attempts at effort and responsibility while at the same time rewarding sloth, ignorance and greed.

In 2018 a tax will kick in on so called Cadillac health plans. These plans are purchased by responsible people who are trying to make sure that they are secure. Yet Obama and the Democrats call responsibility greed and have placed a 40% fine on responsibility.

Obama and the Democrats have selected arbitrary and capricious amounts at which to start these fines.

$10,200 for individual coverage and $27,500 for family coverage.

If your premiums meet or exceed these amounts you will be subject to the responsibility fine.

The total lack of due diligence that went into this is stunning!

Within Michigan there are 16 different insurance districts with 16 different sets of premiums for the exact same plan.

Thus if you are 45 years old and you live in...oh lets say Crystal your premiums are lower than a 45 year old who lives in...lets say Crystal Falls.

Now if you are the guy that lives in Crystal Falls you may wind up Paying the responsibility fine on the exact same plan that the guy in Crystal is getting cheaper and not paying any responsibility fines on.

That makes good sense doesn't it. Same age... same plan... same state...yet it is both a Cadillac plan and not a Cadillac plan at the same time. Who came up with this idea? Inept morons or, perhaps, Quantum physicists?

There are so many flaws with Obamacare but the biggest are that Obamacare is Theft, Obamacare is Rape and Obamacare is Slavery.
