<br />Take for example this. In Philadelphia, Comcast built a multi million dollar building. They cable company has more money they know what to do with. But they don't have to pay taxes on that building for 10 years. ALL new construction in Philadelphia has the 10 year tax abatement. But the City of Philadelphia raised taxes on people that can't afford to pay to rehad their homes to get that tax break.
