When we consider how many companies have part-time and full-time workers, the definition of that boils down to hours worked vs. total man hours. A guy can be cut from working 'full-time', entered as 'part-time', and still work (35) hours per week. Granted, depending on how much one earns, it 's still a pay cut from (40) hours.
