			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;I realize companies can&#x27;t just go paying everyone big bucks for bringing clothes out of the stockroom and hanging &#x27;em up, restocking shelves with canned goods, making dozens of pizzas in an hour, building someone&#x27;s burger and dropping fresh fries/onion rings, and the list goes on. However, these are the people making things happen...they are grinding.
