Those types of luxuries are not just a given you work for them and go to school to have them. She made choices and these are the results of her choices. If she is that poor then her kids will get chip (childrens health insurance) free of charge...and if she makes a small living they will qualify for chip still with only a $30 premium. She will either qualify for welfare if she is that poor as she claims, or she will basically get insurance for free with subsidies.
