Try this one out,kids...but I don't suggest wearing gloves while doing this workout,lol. Kinda hard to hold a pencil :P

Instructions: How to Get The FRONT Pair

Take your last Evening Draw.

For example, 6983.

Match the FIRST DIGIT to the ones below to get your front pairs.

If your first digit is 0xxx then these will be the FRONT PAIRS:

80 81 82 83 84 85 86 87 88 89

If your first digit is 1xxx then these will be the FRONT PAIRS:

90 91 92 93 94 95 96 97 98 99

If your first digit is 2xxx then these will be the FRONT PAIRS:

00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09

If your first digit is 3xxx then these will be the FRONT PAIRS:

10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19

If your first digit is 4xxx then these will be the FRONT PAIRS:

20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29

If your first digit is 5xxx then these will be the FRONT PAIRS:

30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39

If your first digit is 6xxx then these will be the FRONT PAIRS:

40 41 42 43 44 45 46 47 48 49

If your first digit is 7xxx then these will be the FRONT PAIRS:

50 51 52 53 54 55 56 57 58 59

If your first digit is 8xxx then these will be the FRONT PAIRS:

60 61 62 63 64 65 66 67 68 69

If your first digit is 9xxx then these will be the FRONT PAIRS:

70 71 72 73 74 75 76 77 78 79

So for 6983 it would be:

Instructions: How to Get The BACK Pair

To get the BACK PAIRS we will now add +02 and +12 backwards to the 3 and 9 like this.
