It's a choice.

You just have to decide that I'm not going to put my energy there.

I'm going to decide to let this go.

It's your choice.

You can embrace it, you can become a prisoner of bitterness and resentment anger and victim city, or you can just say 'I'm going to live my life and be happy'.

A sure fire message that we all have been able to take advantage of in our lifetimes is that there are always choices to be made in our lives. The life that we lead presently is nothing more than the addition of all of the choices that we have made in the past, whether they be good or bad choices.

The good choices that we make usually come from what we have been through while the knowledge and experience that we acquire through life usually comes from the decisions that we were mistaken to make.

You always have a choice. You may choose to learn from all of the things you have been through, and make your best way possible, or you may choose to let your set backs in life set you back from moving forward to becoming a stronger and better you, make sure to choose wisely.
