Statistics in random setting is more inferential, trying to predict doubles from parametric range(percentiles) is more of a guess and can be stressful, saying 28% of doubles for the month of Jan does not help much, it canbe 36% or 42% the sequent months. Inference involve finding a trigger to play doubles irrespective of the percentile data, if this month is going to be 12% doubles, then the trigger should help locate those doubles. I don't subscribe to historical data to predict random variable(my opinion), but finding methods of simulation for given DATA(0-9 for P3, P4, X/N for lotto games). Lets subset the POOL of digit games into three sectons,with a PAIR or Triad of section as indicator to play doubles by using this simple chart

Lets take a draw set 6846 with trigger 64 for doubles 77,44, you have prediction points 0.5.2 for the digit 8 (from draw set 6846), form a triad 774-744, then singles 74-052, now you're betting picks 774x,744x 7405-7402-7452-7052-4052, you had double hit 4740(Eve draw), 5742 (D).

Take draw set 1617(march 27, E), trigger 11 for doubles 88,11, the digits 6,7 (of set 1617) has prediction points 7,4,6 and 0,5,2, so picks doubles 881x-811x, singles 81-746, 81-052 817x-814x,810x,815 for hits 9184,5871 and doubles 8018. Note that the first two digits of prediction points are your drives (Filter) so in forming triads with 81- 746 817-814-816 (I can decide to drop 6 for budget constraints, why? points are in order of priority(sequence)
