That means he's a liar and corrupt all the way to his soul.<br />And it's been proven in the corrupt IRS hearings when he rushes to their defense instead of asking tough questions like he's supposed to.<br />He's the one who should be ashamed of himself but he's not, because he's an obnoxious, lying Democrat.
