			<description><![CDATA[<p>One thing that I have noticed about 7&#x27;s is that when it is in the middle of a draw, you take the numbers on the outside, swap places and that pair will show up. Ex: Michigan, 1/8/13<br /><br />M 431<br /><br />E 379<br /><br />Take the 39, switching places makes them 93.<br /><br />M 393 ---Result fell on 1/13.<br /><br />E 632<br /><br />This is just one of the things I have noticed about pick 3. You dont have to switch places, but I noticed years ago that majority of the time switching places works better.<br /><br />Does this little bit of knowledge about 7&#x27;s work every 7/middle draw....no.
