4. .... A VOTER SHOULD SWEAR WORDS WHERE HIS/HER RIGHT HAND HOLDING - THE BIBLE AND THE QURAN- IN FRONT OF COMELEC REPRESENTATIVE.

5. .... THEN HE/SHE CAN VOTE ( CHOICE HIS/HER LEADER )
