			<description><![CDATA[<p> Let everyone who enters here, be blessed, prospered inspired. Thank you Father Here is what we saw . Out of the 62 chances , and 799 Hits MISSOURI really only got = 18 Hits in other words = on the returns Player&#x27;s = 29.9 % Missouri Lottery= 70.1 % now we have to compare those totals , with the next 2 states . Right now we can&#x27;t tell if this % rate is normal or if it to low. so we&#x27;ve came to this decision . a final dicision when all 3 state are , as a whole we are not impressed with the % of return to the local players .
