This was a low-down shame what they did to this homeless man. Shot him in the back and then shot him some more. To add insult to injury, they let a canine naw on his dead body then hand-cuffed him. These ghouls need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Dirty <snip>!

All he had was a couple of knives. They asked him to leave long before they asked him to get down on the ground. So he left and got shot in the back. The world is going nuts.

He was already shot and someone still fired several more rounds into him. Are these cops insane? All of them should be charged for murder as there was no evidence the homeless was even threatening them.
