Simple solution! Private industry does it all the time!

Some can work from home. The paper pushers, caseworkers, workers like that! What do they most likely

use in their office right now? A computer.

If a mother of two needs to see her caseworker, she hops on the computer, while still feeding the baby.

It s called an internet connection. (I ve heard of a 10 buck internet connection)

We ve had it for a while!

This should have been done a long time ago!

We have to get with the times or we are going to have serious problems.

Some of the bricks mortar has got to go!

It is strangling us!
