Original Blog Entry: "A beautiful morning for some of us, but NOT all of us"

I despise miserable people in the morning and I go out of my way to avoid them.

Why would someone wake up on a warpath ?

It is one of two things or even both and both are extremely important to your quality of life:

Diet and Sleep.

There is a very good reason that we consume food (Fuel)

To keep going. The wrong fuel WILL stop you in your tracks and induce a Freezernap

There is a very good reason that our bodies shut down.

To rejuvenate

You get these two important things in check and your quality of life WILL be right on time. (You won t wake up and want to KILL the world, like so many Americans! I am sick of it!!!!!!!)

Think about it. Get online and FIND a diet that was developed by someone with some sense to them.

And get the right amount of sleep. Too many Americans don t and it makes them very MEAN. I hate mean people!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to throw a book at them and a hard cover book. Life is too beautiful to be mean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think about what I said.
