Because of my work I am eating late and I am having some of this:

And it doesn t get any better and .NO BY PASS REQUIRED or stint!

And whole wheat bread .I don t even use dressing or salt and pepper .never did. (I wanna taste

the Chicken and bread makes sense .right .that is what I selected right .Chicken and bread I don t

wanna taste dressing. If I did I would just crack open a bottle of dressing and start chugging it .this

word WILL save your life: NATURAL! And don t ever forget that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

I eat to survive most of the time.

Now and then I will throw down on some serious cooking skills.

Healthy cooking skills. I know some tricks that will blow your mind that I am gonna try to compile and make them available to all the Christians and for FREE. I don t want a penny for it.

Why?

Because I care about you all like I would family.
