Simple solution to nice skin ..water ..and eating right ciggs need to go .if you want to look good and feel even better.

Life is precious .and very few appreciate it anymore .and it is scaring the snip out of me. Everyone has a death wish lately!

They recommend between 6 to 8 glasses per day ..I have it with every meal .and I always have always!!!!!

My Muffin prefers rain water that I collect for her .why did I do that ..she WILL NOT mess with tap water .and that tells me something .it may be bad for us! We need the experts if they can still think to do some studies ..NO JOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
