Trying to compare the two is a mere Tit for Tat diversion. One was shot dead fifteen minutes after committing a thief by taking at a nearby store. He was unarmed with his hands up and shot six times, two of which were in his head. At the time of shooting, he had no record. The other shooting victim had a warrant out for his arrest for parole violation , obstruction of justice, and felony robbery. The latter was a criminal already in the judicial system.
