They are scammers DO NOT give them any info they will attempt to remote access your computer etc.. then charge you for doing nothing then worse of all they steal data off your machine Pwords accts email etc..

Yes, I received this same call a week or two ago!! I've wondered the same thing as to if anyone else had received this call. This guy sounded like a typical scamming moron, and I just hung up on him. How in the hell would this moron know anything about my personal computer?? I am my own personal computer expert, and can fix anything that goes wrong with it, period!!

I am very cautious about anyone having access to my computer. Not even local geeks. I would rather destroy my computer. I have scrapped a couple computers and I disassembled them and destroyed all interior workings.

Thanks for the link. When they start their routine, I scream into the phone, "you are a bunch of scum", trying to rip people off. It makes me hot and not in a good way.

In the last week, I have received 3 or 4 phones, telling my computer is not working right. Does anyone else receive these type phone calls?
