			<description><![CDATA[<p>If a conservative community means a community with mostly retired professionals, empty nests, manicured lawns, active homeowners association, well mannered teenagers, no parking on the street, no cars on blocks, no oversized trucks allowed, no solicitors, no loud music from cars, and registered and active voters, then I have just described most suburbs on the outskirts of Atlanta as well as mine.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I certainly think so. We live in the suburbs of Raleigh, NC and there are huge pockets of liberal communities. We are fortunate to reside in a part of town that has a large portion of like minded, hard working conservatives. There is no way I could tolerate living in NY or San Francisco even though I do enjoy visiting.</p>]]></description>
