			<description><![CDATA[<p>weight history since start<br /><br />July 2nd 253 lbs<br /><br />Aug 2nd 254 lbs<br /><br />Sept 2nd 257 lbs<br /><br />Oct 2nd 252 lbs<br /><br />Still doing walking, weight exercises and exercises not requiring weights.<br /><br />Body has been gaining muscle weight and by the looks of my weight history I was gaining more muscle weight from not being to active for six years. Looks like the past month my fat weight is decreasing. I can feel the muscle tone in my body more than before and I can see my abdomen weight starting on a decline and more muscle tone setting in.
