Here's an idea....... a lot of Middle Easterners, including Syrians, Iranians, Iraqis, etc....want their kids educated in the U.S. and send them to American universities.

That being the case, we should broadcast on the media:

DEAR ISIS,

The next beheadings will not be the person you mentioned, they will be the 70,000 college students in our country from Iran and Syria that we just rounded up.
