			<description><![CDATA[<p>Overriding a veto is easier said than done. Let&#x27;s see a vetoed bill must be passed by a 2/3 vote in both houses of Congress in order to become law. This means 290 votes in the House and 67 votes in the Senate. Those dems are not going to give up a vote unless they get something in return. And more than likely, the repubs or a faction within the repubs will not agree.</p>]]></description>
