			<description><![CDATA[<p>Seems that way, doesn&#x27;t it.  Read a comment on another site that credit card companies are sponsoring this law, that banks pushed through tougher bankruptcy laws that went into effect about a year ago .  Looks like the Illuminati&#x27;s been working overtime lately to keep from losing more money.  Maybe there&#x27;s a behind the scenes struggle between them and the mafia and all this is shaking out due to it.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Amazing how one part of the government wants to shut down, lock up and throw away the key on one foreign company that takes bets from americans. Then a different part of the government allows another foreign company (Lottomatica) to take over a large share of the US lottery&#x27;s, which in turn will be taking bets from americans. I&#x27;m sure wire transfers will be involved with the winnings one way or another.
