Concentrating on my Job I got to keep everybody happy especially the people I cook for. My Boss tells me as long a the Clients are happy with your cooking you don't have nothing to worry about. So that's is what I am doing I love to cook but you need all the right ingredients when you cook or it won't taste right. Sometime I have to use what I got which I don't like that. When I cook a Meal I want it to be good. If it's good to me I know it's good for everyone. I am a good cook. I am learning to cook for Hispanic people, So I need to learn to cook Spanish meals too. so far I learned how to cook Spanish Rice. I know how to make Tacos, Mexican Cornbread We have more Hispanics there than anything 3 Blacks and more Hispanics one of the Guys there is teaching some Mexican Dishes anyone have any recipes I can use simple ones, I thought about looking some up on the Internet, I have to cook at least 3 hispanic meals a week. 16 People any Ideas?
