Those Republicans don't want to go home and face their supporters (base). Nothing that the President wants is 'illegal' in the bill, it's just that Republicans must oppose him on all/anything amnesty/immigration or they'll lose their seats...period. Constitution has nothing to do with it but, the way people will vote as a result of it HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH IT. IT'S THEIR FEAR AND I KNOW THIS AS FACT. Gotta come out sooner or later.
