Legally it looks like she will get $$$, but she sounds like a bitch. If I was him, I'd look into how much it would cost to not give her a cent, or at least as little as possible. I agree - I don't care one way or the other if he selected cash or annuity. The games will never stop advertising the annuity amounts as it allows them to make the prize seem like more than it is. It's a marketing tactic.
