			<description><![CDATA[<p>Kimberly Blatchford of Winfield, Kansas, recently claimed a $192,769 Super Kansas Cash jackpot from the Nov. 3, 2004 drawing.  Blatchford and her fianc , Todd Cirks, delivered the winning ticket to Lottery Headquarters on Tuesday. We buy tickets for the Powerball and Super Kansas Cash games on a regular basis,  said Todd Cirks.  I had 15 to 20 tickets stuffed behind the sun visor in my truck.
